This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 14c platform. By registering or using any services offered by 14c, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 14c website at 14c.im or using any services, games, or features provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the 14c platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 14c will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
14c reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, withdrawal requests, or routine security reviews. Verification may require official documents issued by Malaysian authorities.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 14c platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to exploit the system or any games
- Not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, the payment system, or the account verification process
- Not distribute or resell platform access to third parties
- Not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Provide accurate information during the registration and verification process
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any associated balance. 14c reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against users who engage in fraudulent or illegal activity on this platform.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform does not violate any local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 14c is not liable for any legal consequences users may face as a result of using this platform.
4. Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 14c platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account status.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the same name as the 14c account holder. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds are sent only to the rightful account owner. 14c reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request that does not meet the required verification criteria.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the account's verification status. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. VIP members enjoy priority processing. 14c does not bear any charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users are required to read and understand the applicable wagering requirements before accepting any bonus. Failure to fulfil the wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
14c reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity. In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraud, 14c reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account in question. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons not involving fraud are entitled to withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the necessary checks.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the required identity verification is completed.
Liability Limits
The 14c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 14c makes no guarantees that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions or technical errors. 14c is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from technical disruptions, system errors, or circumstances beyond the platform's control, including internet service outages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 14c platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements — is the property of 14c or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 14c platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 14c is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms before using their services.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
14c reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution procedures or, if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
